Many tea lovers prefer adding lemon to their tea for added vitamin C and/or for added citrus flavor. This Happy Lemon Black is a perfectly hassle-free way to enjoy several cups of lemon tea.

Yunnan black tea is stuffed in a dried hollow baby lemon, blending the two flavors. The carving of the happy face, while adorable, serves a functional purpose of quickening the infusion of the tea. This tea is zesty, lemony, refreshing, and equally delicious whether prepared iced or hot.

Store in air-tight conditions.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Unwrap the Happy Face Lemon Black and place the entire fruit in a cup or teapot. Pour boiling temperature water (212ºF) enough to cover the tea-stuffed fruit. Wait for a few seconds and then discard the water. This is a rinse; do not drink. Fill the teapot with 6-8 oz of boiling water and start steeping for 1-2 minutes, depending on the strength desired. Repeat the process for more tea and lengthen the steeping time with each infusion.

First, I need to rave about Banaâ€™s attention to their customers. Secondly, this was a surprisingly tasty, and delightful tea. I made a short video of it and sent to all my friends and family because I got such a kick out of it. Gave one to a neighbor who loved the tea as well. I only made a couple hot steeps, then cold brewed the rest for the next day. Delicious either way.
Our responseHaha! Glad you got a good laugh and cups of delicious tea out of the Happy Face Lemon Black. This tea reminds me of the Hong Kong style lemon tea, except there is no need to add any fresh lemon to it. I like this tea cold too.
