Our orders are shipped via US Postal Services (First Class Mail or Priority Mail) or FedEx. It is our policy to fulfill and ship orders within 24 hours of their placement. Bana Tea Company is happy to create gift baskets and other special packages. Some tea cakes can be ordered still wrapped inside their original bamboo packing "tung". Call us at 626-968-0788 to talk about your gift wrap options and specials not shown on the website.
Our standard packaging:
Bana Tea Company 100% premium Pu-erh loose leaf and tea cakes are packaged in our attractively designed boxes that reflect the importance of tea in China. Samplers and various other teas come in individual glassine envelopes that are grouped in lovely organza bags with satin ribbons. Some select teas are available in tungs, or custom wooden or bamboo boxes. Most packaging is suitable for storing the teas.
Bana Tea Company Return and Exchange Policies
To obtain a Return Authorization Code, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our Customer Service line at 626-968-0788. You will be asked for your receipt number. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a copy of your receipt. Merchandise must be in original packaging and unused. Unfortunately tea and food items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If tea or a food product has been damaged in transit or is not fit for consumption through no fault of the customer, an exchange for the same product can be made after the original faulty product is returned to Bana Tea Company. Refunds will be made only in the form of the original currency. Shipping will be paid by the customer unless the return is due to shipping damage, faulty products, or an order error on the part of Bana Tea Company. In the case of shipping damage, our orders are insured and it is the policy of the US Postal Service to investigate all claims. We appreciate your business and strive to accommodate our esteemed clients.
