Jade Buddha Da Hong Pao is a Zheng Yan Cha (Authentic Rock Tea), which is a tea made from bushes grown within the boundaries of the Wuyi National Scenic Area. Toasty and fruity, the aroma of this tea can take your breath away because it is so penetrating. Trying to describe its constituent flavors is difficult because there are too many to identify. Just sit back and enjoy its elegance, its charm, and its long-lasting aftertaste.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Use 6-8g of leaves per 6 oz of water. Rinse with 195 degrees F water prior to brewing. Follow the suggested steeping time below.

I just had another cup of the Jade Buddha Da Hong Pao. Again I was shocked by the kaleidoscope of flavors. It is startling to have so many aromas flash across your senses in rapid fire. They are so elusive - I can't quite name the plant or flower I associate them with before the next one comes rolling through. All I can say is WOW. It's an amazing tea - very special.
