Specially pressed for Bana Tea by Tea Master Vesper Chan, this tea is made from tea trees over 100 years old in the famous tea-producing region of Mengsong. This tea possesses all the good qualities a standout raw pu-erh should have:  It is brisk, sweet and full-bodied and has a long savory aftertaste.  If you enjoy a cup of tea first thing in the morning, this could be a good wake-up tea because its complex flavors can certainly perk up your palate and invigorate your thoughts and imagination.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Use 4-5g of leaves per 6 ounces of water. Rinse the leaves once with hot water (190 degree F) and discard the water. Start steeping with water at 190º F and brew according to the recommended steeping time below.

Savory sweet jelly candy. 05/28/2020

The taste was a mystery the first four or five infusions. Then the last infusions kept getting sweeter and savory crisp clean. Reminded me of those sweet soft jelly candies one good tea.
