this tea is of course not bad at all, there is nothing unpleasant about it, and the flavor that it does have is very nice, very smooth, very even
but it is very flat, and for me has only the usual ripe earth flavor and that is all. i don't get any hints subtle (maybe with a stretch of imagination, but not worth mentioning) or otherwise of the jam or wine that others have mentioned, and that's too bad because i bought this just to experience a different ripe profile.
my search continues for not overwhelmingly priced ripe puerh that has a surprise for me. i know i will find you soon
however i would say this tea is most adequate. i will be drinking it happily when i am enjoying the mood i'm in and do not want it to change Our responseThank you for your thoughtful and honest review of this tea.
