I've included these photos of the most important part of my trip: tasting teas. Sampling teas took place in many venues; the homes & village meeting pavilions of "tea farmers", in small tea houses, at a 5-star hotel tearoom, in the homes of friends, with tea master Chan at many locations, and at many tea processing plants. I tasted hundreds of cups of tea and in many cases I had the benefit of sharing them with other experienced palates. When I find a great tea, I always resample the tea many times back in the controled environment of Bana Tea Company in the USA. I hope you enjoy my most recent discoveries.
