Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire 01/18/2026 ByRaj This is a new offering from Bana Tea and well worth the modest price for a rock oolong.
Don’t let the fact that this Oolong is just two years old deceive you. It has an amazing taste and would be a great addition to your evening tea selection. It paired well with my book and the candlelight also…
From the moment the aroma of the steeped leaves entered my nostrils, to the first sip of this smooth brew cascading over my palate, to the finish… I immediately tasted and thought of Mr Cole in his smooth voice, singing “Chesnuts Rosting on an Open Fire”…
I brewed this one according to the instructions listed on the website. The flavor and aroma begins to lighten after the fourth steep, but still maintains a good taste and is very smooth. Great after dinner tea. I do hope you will check them out, especially if you are a Pu’er fanatic like myself. They have a solid selection of both ripe and raw Pu’er. Happy Brewing Our responseThank you so much for the detailed and glowing review of our Rougui. Your description and how the tea reminds of Nat King Cole is loverly. Thank you.
