A cut above the rest04/27/2023 ByAndy What an amazing white tea! All that aging really developed the flavors into something special. There's a certain jamminess that reminds me of the dried persimmons I loved to snack on so much as a kid. Very thick and honey-like in mouthfeel, quite a gorgeous treat.
