All orders placed online with your credit card are done on a secure server. If you need assistance or have questions about a product, call us at (888) 968-0788 and we will personally assist you with your order. Call hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time, 7 days a week.

Shipping options:
Our orders are shipped via US Postal Service. If you have special shipping needs, please call us at (626) 968-0788 and we will try to accommodate you.

Special orders:
Bana Tea Company is happy to create gift baskets and other special packages. Some tea cakes can be ordered still wrapped inside their original bamboo packing "tung". Talk with our friendly and knowledgeable staff about your options and specials not shown on the website.

Our standard packaging:
Bana Tea Company 100% premium Pu-erh tea is packaged in a beautiful hand covered round box with a window top to allow you to see your tea cake inside. It makes a lovely gift without further wrapping and is suitable for storing the tea. See below...

Packaging details: Lid is covered in gold linen embossed design paper. There is a clear window for viewing the tea cake inside. It is finished with delicate brown satin bow. The base of the box is covered with a creme colored paper with a ripple texture. The combination makes a beautiful presentation, worthy of the Pu-erh tea it contains.

Bana Tea Company Return and Exchange Policies
To obtain a Return Authorization Code, please email us at contactus@banateacompany.com or call our toll free Customer Service line at (888) 968-0788.  You will be asked for your receipt number.  Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a copy of your receipt.  Merchandise must be in original packaging and unused. Unfortunately tea and food items cannot be refunded or exchanged.  If tea or a food product has been damaged in transit or is not fit for consumption through no fault of the customer, an exchange for the same product can be made after the original faulty product is returned to Bana Tea Company. Refunds will be made only in the form of the original currency. Shipping will be paid by the customer unless the return is due to shipping damage, faulty products or an order error on the part of Bana Tea Company.  In the case of shipping damage, our orders are insured and it is the policy of the US Postal Service to investigate all claims.  We appreciate your business and strive to accommodate our esteemed fellow tea connoisseurs.
